One Time Treatments
One Time Treatments can be rendered for any pest. Depending upon the pest and type of treatment rendered will dictate the warrantee period issued with the treatment. Our treatment options for the pest that you are encountering will be discussed with you prior to treatment. In some cases it may be necessary to render additional services to totally eradicate the pest infestation. Cost of this service varies depending on the pest being treated for.
Yearly Service
Our Yearly Service consists of six (6) visits throughout the year. This program protects you and your family against pests such as:
- mice
- rats
- fleas
- ants
- roaches
- wasps
- yellow jackets
- bald faced hornets
- millipedes
- centipedes
- spiders
- other general crawling insects
Our experienced technicians will inspect common areas prone to pest activity, and treat as needed.

- basement/crawlspace
- attic
- kitchen
- bathrooms
- furnace/utility
- garage
The exterior areas of your home will normally receive treatment during the spring, summer and fall times of the year. Areas such as eaves, soffits, window & door frames, foundation, decks, and out buildings will be inspected and treated.
Our Yearly Service is a Warranted Service which means that should you develop a pest problem we will return FREE of charge to evaluate the situation and render corrective action.
Our pricing for this service varies due to the size of the home, pest pressure and environmental conditions. Our normal per visit cost ranges from $70 - $125 for a house that averages below 1800 Sq. Ft.
Monthly Seasonal Service
We will render service to the exterior of your home monthly during the months of April-October. Areas of the structure that are normally treated consist of the eaves, soffits, window and door frames, and foundation and up to three feet from the structure.
This service is only warranted against the pest we initially treat for but goes a long way with preventing other insects such as wasps, bees, and ants from nesting on or entering your home.
Our average per visit cost for this service is $40-85 depending on the pest we warrantee against and the size of the structure.

Real Estate Inspections
We provide Wood Destroying Insect Inspections (termite inspections) for Real Estate transactions.
Our normal fee for this service ranges between $75 - $150 depending on size and location of the structure(s) being inspected.
